The 9th edition of International Drawing Competition “Colourful Rights” is addressed to children from 3 to 14 years of age.
It will end on November 14th 2010 with the award ceremony at Palabam in Mantova.
Children will be able to express freely their thoughts, without any bonds and limits.
The 9th edition remembers the “right to health”, enshrined in Articles 24,25 of Convention on the Rights of the Child.
The image of 2010 Edition, published on posters and participation form, has been realized by Paolo Rui the winner illustrator of the 2nd International Illustrator Competition “Below the Line”.
