Workshop at Camillian Home

Concorso Internazionale di Disegno (3-14 anni)

Camillian Home is a big house that welcomes orphans, disabled children and children living with HIV. It is placed in Bangkok and since 2008 it has dealt with care activities for these children abandoned by their native family because of their disability.
Even nowadays in the thai society it is typical to believe that a disabled child represents a sign of curse and the child can be source of disgrace for his family. Furthermore a disable and HIV positive child is detached by his family, the society and the Institutions too.

At the Camillian Home children follow artistic and educational workshops, activities that are useful for their health and psycho- physical growth.
